Os gritos de veemência e indignação do Povo Maubere face as tresloucadas intimidações dos imorais membros do executivo do Xanana, ditadores, militaristas, fascistas, criminosos, gatunos, mentores das mais vergonhosas práticas da Corrupção, Conluio e Nepotismo "CCN", a maior praga que está destruir paulatinamente toda a sustentável economia proviniente das receitas com valores atronómicos dos fundos do Petróleo e Gás em todo nosso Solo Pátrio Timor Leste...

SUBJECT               : REPLY THE SHARP WORD OF BROTHER XANANA AGAINSTED CPD-RDTL / FRETILIN – MOVIMENTO AT 17 OF JANUARY 2013

 

According to the direct transmission of the East Timor, National’s Radio and Television broadcasting at 17 of January 2013, Brother Xanana as 5th constitutional government held a meeting with the ministers, State Secretaries, the Directors from ministers, districts and sub-districts administrators that was organized by the director of Public Function in Center of Dili Convention.

In this meeting, brother Xanana said to the civil servant that, officials as state-machine and people attendant, must perform his / her function with discipline and responsibility, based on confidence that is given by the state. And by this scenery, brother Xanana gave also his sharp wound against CPD-RDTL that did not take part in 5th constitutional government; Therefore, CPD-RDTL gives a just response are as follow:

1.            About the Order of Restoration; all people on either national or international knew that, an organ of CPD-RDTL only maintained Politics of Restoration of RDTL with objective:

a)- To place seriously the history of Maubere People about the struggle of National liberation in order to give meaning and really value to other orders that have had. Even if does not mean that CPD-RDTL is highest than constitution or the State‘s organs, and also does not obtain a profit to get social Position or to get much money to be the rich men or Privilege in Timor Leste.

b)- The word Restoration was planted by the leader of CPD-RDTL in Political Dictionary in Timor Leste from the base of guerrilla with objective to restorate the all components of RDTL that was proclaimed by

the 1st Board of FRENTE-CCF Central Committee of FRETILIN on November 28, 1975 and able to get partial Restoration on May 20, 2002.

c)- CPD-RDTL demands to establish the Order of Restoration because nowadays Restoration is reality and is not new proclamation of Independence according to the dream of some people and caused crises on 1984! And anterior President, Comrade Jose Ramos Horta had given De-facto and Formal recognition to CPD-RDTL on January 4, 2012 and wait to complete De-Jury recognition!

2.            In this opportunity, Comrade Xanana gave example also about the Leadership Crisis in Command Structure of guerrilla war on 1984 and mentioned always some of his fighter-friends as undisciplined and conspirator, but:

a)- To those fighter-friends who were victim for radical structure in base of guerrilla, till now they are silent (say nothing) because they do not want to repeat again crisis 1984!

b)- These victim also as members of National Board of CRRN, is better to seek each other to solve the problem because this is not show the way “of liberator Pedagogy and Educative “ for the future generation!!!

3. The threat of Comrade Xanana with the Police‘s forces and F-FDTL to the Heroes Falintil Veterans, Feedom Fighters and OPTT who executed co-operative of Agricultural Production in Welaluhu showed dictatorship symptom to defy CPD-RDTL, therefore Falintil Veterans, Freedom Fighter and OPTT have ready and determined to reply what of any kinds consequences that appear in front of them! Because Timor Leste is a State that named Republic Democratic of Timor Leste, but not Republic Military Dictatorship of Timor Leste!

4. Is better contact the official document of CPD-RDTL that had sent to Comrade Xanana in 16 of January 2013, not by threat as solution to people from starvation, poverty and misery! But by a concrete action. Comrade Xanana with his expectation after, but the Veterans, the Fighters and OPTT in CPD-RDTL with their concrete action before that, the one model only by way of co-operative society of Agricultural Production that will give benefit to Maubere People because the base of RDTL‘s Economic is Agriculture.
