Dear whole East Timor People, on 17 August 1975 upraised the People Power in our Fatherland Timor Lorosae. That People Power have been transformed into the People Army Forces named FALINTIL alias East Timor National Liberation Army on 20 August 1975 too. This Glorious Falintil was and is today continuing to be the... stronghold of the new army generation that are predecessor of the veterans from FALINTIL with aim to protect our poor and weakness from entire East Timor People. Therefore we have to be proud to commemorate the day 20 August every year with high respect and consideration.
